Join DCNOMA and the AIA|DC's Equity Committee, LA.IDEA, and the Asian American Designers' Union for our second collaboration. Our Forum, Our Impact seeks to continue the conversation of our first session on Systemic Racism. We aim to engage local firm leadership in a panel discussion around Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (JEDI) actions they are implementing to fight to systemic racism and discrimination within their firms.  We hope to share evolving initiatives shaped by firm culture through a survey and breakout discussions gathering the perspectives of both firm leaders and emerging professionals. RSVP via the AIA|DC.
